The project was designed to create a beautiful streetscape to attract private investment into the City of Inglewood. The project consists of rebuilding three miles of street, sidewalks, and installing a new landscaped median, palm trees, shading trees, and pedestrian and street lighting along the three-mile roadway of the city. We reached out to Los Angeles World Airports who provided $10 million economic development funding that included $5 million for streetscape improvement. We assisted the city with developing a $3 million federal Appropriation through the California Department of Transportation. The funding was to develop the engineering and construction document to begin construction. This enabled the city to have a construction-ready project that led to winning additional funding to build the project. Construction began in Fall of 2014 and is to be completed in December 2020
